We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Sibley, MO within 2-4 business days. If you have any questions about your order feel free to reach out to us at help@thewellordered.com and we will try to help you in any way we can.
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, and reshipping fees will apply. Once packages leave our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier.
Where applicable, expedited orders placed before 12pm CST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will ship in 1-2 business days. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship the following Monday with the exception of a holiday. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to pre-orders. Selection of expedited shipping for a pre-order only ensures an earlier ship date for your order once the product becomes available.
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
First, check with neighbors to see if by chance the package was delivered to them. You may also reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a package leaves our warehouse we can no longer be responsible for it as its handling and transportation to your address is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Please direct all lost / stolen package claims to them directly via the links below:

Please note that we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. All sales on orders that have shipped are considered final and may not be canceled or returned (unless they arrive damaged).
Changes to order details (name, address) may be made on a limited basis prior to shipment, but not after. Requests for different products, combining orders, cancellations, etc. may be submitted via email once an order is placed, but may or may not be accepted due to various circumstances. Please double check (triple check!) your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds but we'll gladly replace damaged items. Please contact us at help@thewellordered.com within 7 days of receipt. Any returned orders to our warehouse will not receive credit for original shipping charges.
We want you to be confident in your purchase of our planners. We encourage you to thoroughly review the about page to be sure it will suit your needs as all planner sales are final once shipped.
Due to the nature of instantly downloadable products they are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if you have problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
